Rocks, boulders, and trees provide a native structure around which the cabin was built — the spacious 4-bed, 3-bath compound features wraparound decking and an interior courtyard, complete with a hot tub for stargazing.

FAQs

    • There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. 

    • There is no burning of candles or wood allowed anywhere on the property. 

    • Dogs must be cleared with owner and there is an additional pet security deposit required when visiting with a dog. For your safety, pets must be kept on leash at all times when not inside the property.

    • If a party larger than what is agreed to in the contract stays on site, there will be additional fees incurred and we will require you to ask your additional guests to leave.

  • Renting the site as a short-term-rental does not grant you access or permission to photograph the space for any use other than personal use. Photo shoots must be arranged directly and seperately from short-term rental use. Please contact twinpeaksrockwood@gmail.com for information regarding renting the space for film and photo shoots.

  • Renting the site as a short-term rental does not grant you access or permission to use the space for any parties or events beyond the guest capacity listed on the rental agreement. Any interest in using the space for an event must be cleared with the owner and secured as a private rental.
